FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics, a fast-growing Yorkshire-based manufacturing technology business, has taken on its first customers in Europe, the Middle East and the Southern Hemisphere.

The tech company’s affordable and user-friendly machine monitoring platform enables manufacturers of all sizes to increase productivity and profitability by delivering valuable data on machine utilisation and energy.

Since being founded in 2021, the award-winning technology has gained popularity in the UK, now serving around 100 manufacturers across a wide range of sectors. The company has now attracted users in Norway, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and New Zealand, and includes one of the world’s largest food manufacturers.

Utilising Industry 4.0 technology allows the FourJaw platform to be a simple plug-in-and-play set-up, making it accessible to manufacturers worldwide.

Chris Iveson, Founder and CEO of FourJaw said, “We are delighted that our geographic reach has increased as more and more manufacturers are seeing the benefits of using our technology. We started this business just two years ago to enable manufacturers to achieve their productivity potential. It is rewarding to see that happening so quickly here in the UK and now overseas.”

FourJaw is not resting on its laurels. The company issued two major product updates at the start of 2023 to strengthen its product offering. These updates incorporate its next-generation machine monitoring platform, featuring energy monitoring capability and real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) functionality, known as the gold standard for measuring productivity to improve manufacturing processes.

Growth hasn’t just been restricted to new territories and updated platforms. The last 12 months have seen enquiries triple and the team double in size as new faces join the sales, customer success and marketing departments, including senior hires to form the leadership team.

Chris commented, “We are now closing in on having 100 customers and have seen a 260% growth in revenue in the last quarter alone. With enquiries coming in from outside and inside the UK, we need to ensure that we are geared up to service new and existing customers and continue to develop our offering to stay ahead. That leads us to our next phase of growth as we look to explore other international territories as well as continue to support manufacturers in the UK.”
